DESCRIPTION:On 12-14 June 2019 the upcoming annual Europatat Congress will take place in Oslo (Norway) at the Holmenkollen Park Hotel\, located in the impressive Holmenkollen Park\, situated 350 metres above the city. Under the slogan “The timeless potato: A dynamic and innovative food”\, the Congress will focus on the potential for innovation within the sector and on Norway’s special trade relations with the EU. \nDay 1 – Wednesday 12 June \n\nCommission meetings in parallel (three in the morning\, three in the afternoon)\nEvening – Tour and informal dinner at Arcus\, a famous distillery where aquvavit (a liquor made from potatoes) is produced\n\nDay 2 – Thursday 13 June \n\nMorning – Europatat General Assembly\nAfternoon – Europatat Congress (from 11.30 to 16.00 approximately)\nEvening – Cocktail and Gala Dinner at the Festningen Restaurant\, with a panoramic view of Oslo’s Fjord\n\nDay 3 – Friday 14 June \n\nOptional cultural visit
