The European potato sector will gather in Lisbon, Portugal, from 2 to 4 June 2027 for a very special edition of the Europatat Congress. Co-organised with Porbatata, the event will mark Europatat’s 75th anniversary and will be hosted in Portugal for the first time in its history.
Taking place at the Altis Grand Hotel in Lisbon, the Europatat Congress 2027 will bring together potato professionals from across Europe and beyond to exchange perspectives, strengthen business connections and discuss the main challenges and opportunities shaping the future of the sector.
The three-day programme will combine Europatat’s internal Commission meetings and General Assembly with a public conference on Thursday 3 June, open to members and non-members, networking opportunities and optional technical visits on Friday 4 June. A special Gala Dinner will also provide the opportunity to celebrate 75 years of Europatat together with members, partners and stakeholders.
