Europatat warmly welcomes Bugaj, one of the biggest potato suppliers in the Polish market.
Bugaj is a Polish, family-run company that has been supplying potatoes to Polish retailers for almost 30 years. Its supply chain is formed by more than 100 farms located all over Poland with whom it has been closely working for many years. But Bugaj has also established good business relations with its suppliers from other countries, which allows this Polish company to offer a wide selection of potato varieties throughout the year. In this sense, Bugaj is one of the leading importers of early potatoes from Cyprus, Spain and Italy.
Since last year Bugaj also operates a potato peeling line that has enabled the family business to offer pre-cooked potatoes in various convenient packaging formats.
Bugaj is introducing pro-ecological solutions into its daily activity. As a result of these investments, the Polish trader obtains part of its energy supply from renewable energy sources and purifies the water used in its plant so that it can be used again.
